• Posted Schedules will be updated on WashMoSports.com
• Games will be added to the schedule in the StackTeam app

*** Rainout games will be posted on the NHYL Facebook page
and/or you will be contacted by the coach ***

• Check Field Status in inclement weather
• Rescheduled games will be reflected on the posted schedules on WashMoSports.com
• Division Chiefs will contact coaches about rainout and makeup games
• Messages will be sent in the StackTeam app regarding rainout/makeup games
• The StackTeam app will also be updated with any schedule changes

• Open time slots on the schedule are prioritized for RAINED OUT PRACTICES
• Contact your division chief or email [email protected] if you had a rained out practice
• Rained out practices may be scheduled on the weekends as needed
• Otherwise, field use on the weekends is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
• If two teams show up to the fields at the same time:
• It goes to the team who either showed up first
• Whomever had it approved and scheduled by the board beforehand
